Archaeologist, the late Dr. Yiannis Sakellarakis, and Dr. James Stathis and Cynthia Daddona of CelebrateGreece.com are pictured at Dr. Sakellarakis', and his wife Efi's, current excavation site of Zominthos, Crete. In Minoan times the sacred road from the Palace of Knossos to the sacred Idaion Andron Cave (where Zeus was raised on Mt. Ida) passed through Zominthos.
