I haven’t read Into the Pagan Past yet, but I plan on doing so as soon as I return from Thermopylae. I promise.

While not nearly as vast and all-encompassing as my own great historical work, Into the Pagan Past was certainly more entertaining than that long-winded tome by that dullard Thucydides.

The more I imbibe in the grape, the funnier the book Into the Pagan Past becomes!

Just been to see the sequel to 300, over acted, over hyped, over exaggerated, over everything and a plot that was childish. My partner said it was so bad it made 300 look good, and we thought that was also over everything and childish as well. Think I will watch The First War for Western Civilization. I'm sure it gives a better idea of what happened during the Greco-Persian Wars.
